Logan Sargeant, signed to Williams Racing, has been struggling for the past 2 seasons, is it too late for him?

What we Know:
Signed for his rookie season in 2022-2023, Logan Sargeant was a promising driver coming from great success in Formula Two. As the only American driver on the grid, this rookie had a lot to prove. However, Sargeant only earned 1 point in the 2022-2023 season. Resigned for one more year for the 2024 season, does Sargeant have what it takes to prove Williams’ Team Principal he’s worthy for the role?
What’s Next for Logan?
Truth is, we don’t know. At the 2024 Australian Gran Prix, Logan was left car-less after being told to give up his car to Alex Albon, who crashed and ruined his chassis during free practice.
What does they mean for Logan? Well odds are, it’s not looking good. Assigning Sargeant’s car to Albon shows that their team principle, Vowles, did not have the confidence in Logan to achieve points that weekend, let alone the confidence for him to drive again next year.
