During the summer of 2023, I was fortunate enough to be a Lifecycle Marketing Intern at Delta Air Lines. Here, I worked closely with the Priority Destinations team as well as the Loyalty Team (Sky Miles).
Here I nourished customer loyalty by facilitating with copy, marketing strategy, timing, internal and external B2B communication, and media selection for 3 SkyMiles Monthly Statement emails.
I launched a detailed Excel database with 610 images from UGC (Pixlee) and internal assets for 66 priority destinations to ease media selection for future marketing campaigns.
Finally, I completed an online destination discovery audit for Delta against its competitors and presented solutions to improve digital efforts for a customer-first website experience.
