Role:
During my Spring 2024 semester, I took an introduction class into web development where I learned HTML and WordPress.
During the class, I was able to practice my skills through a demonstration of various projects including: a hand coded HTML site, a website utilizing BootStrap features, and several WordPress sites spanning from content to commerce.

Final Project: Website Redesign
I would like to highlight my final project, a website redesign for my business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.
In this project, I used WordPress to better present our informational content, and found ways to better involve the user by refreshing the page’s landing page and simplifying the site navigation.
Project 3: WordPress Formula One Blog
One of my favorite projects was the opportunity to develop a content site on WordPress about a topic of our own choice. Being a Formula One fan, I chose to create a website about the 2024 Formula One Season.
In this project, I was able to learn how to efficiently use WordPress’ post categorization features. I wrote blog posts covering race recaps and contract rumors.
